ini cerita perjalanan seorang Marine Surveyor Indonesia yg tinggal di Batam, beberapa saat yg lalu dia mengerjakan Suitability Survey di Singapore, tulisan ini hanya selingan dari blog ini untuk mempromosikan blog Marine Surveyor Indonesia.

Pagi itu harus bergegas cepat, kapal ferry penyeberangan ke Singapore dari pelabuhan Sekupang yg jadwal pertama berangkat ke singapore jam 0600 wib sudah di booking, setelah sholat subuh saya Marine Surveyor Indonesia yg tinggal di Batam, langsung menggeber tunggangan kesayangan saya si chevrolet spin menuju terminal ferry internasional di Sekupang, speedometer menunjukan kecepatan rata-rata hampir 100 km/jam, lumayan untuk kelas pembalap kampungan seperti saya, tidak sampai 15 menit kemudian akhirnya sampai juga di gerbang terminal ferry internasional sekupang, alhamdulillah setelah nego sebentar dapat juga tiket boarding pass Batam Fast Ferry ke singapore karena konter sudah di tutup 5 menit sebelumnya, begitu kata si mbak penjaga konter Batam Fast

Hari itu saya ke Singapore tepatnya ke Pacific Richfield Marine Pte Ltd di daerah Tuas, untuk memeriksa kondisi kelayakan kapal yg akan di sewa pakai oleh perusahaan minyak Petronas Carigali Indonesia di Lamongan, rencananya kapal jenis supply vessel ini akan membawa peralatan rig dari lapangan petronas di Langsa, Aceh untuk di bawa ke Petronas Lamongan Base, di Jawa Timur.

Nama kapalnya Big Orange XIX, kapal buatan 1981 ini masih kelihatan bagus walapun sudah cukup berumur sekali, Suitability Survey Kapal Big Orange XIX ini untuk memastikan kapal ini masih layak di pakai dan mempunyai kapasitas sesuai dengan yang di inginkan pihak klien pemakai atau penyewa dalam hal ini Petronas Carigali Indonesia, kapal ini milik Pacific Richfield Marine Pte Ltd (PRM), sebuah perusahaan Singapore yg di miliki oleh orang Indonesia, PRM Singapore ini masih satu group company dengan perusahaan pelayaran Sudjaka Palembang di Indonesia, semua kru kapal adalah rekan Pelaut Indonesia.
